This is a recipe that will satisfy the vegetarian among us. Why not try that great dish full of spices? This is going to be a very tasty and healthy dinner to share with your friends or family.

Ingredients

 400 g fresh spinach
 800 g diced potato
 1 onion, minced
 2 tomatoes
 3 tbsp coriander powder
 3 tbsp cumin seeds
 3 tbsp turmeric
 1 garlic
 2 tbsp oil
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Pour oil in the bowl

Preheat

Add the garlic|, cumin, onions and tomato

Brown them a little

Add the spinach

Mix

Remove the vegetables and keep them warm

Replace with 200 ml of water and put the potatoes in the steam basket

Cook 6min

Mix the potatoes with the flavored spinach
