If you like codfish, the following recipe is for you. This is a mix up of fish and a variety of vegetables. This is a dish that will fill you up nicely after a good walk in the cold weather.

Ingredients

 4 whole potatoes peeled
 4 whole carrots peeled
 2 handfuls of fresh or frozen green bean
 2 handfuls of leeks
 4 steaks of desalted cod
 Olive oil
 2 bay leaves 4/5 cloves
 4/5 cloves
 200 ml Water

Directions

Put all vegetables in the steam basket

Put the cod on the vegetables

Sprinkle a little oil

In the tank put water, bay,, and cloves

Steam cooking 20 min
