This is a good recipe for the cold winter. You mix up some cabbage with ham and potatoes. You will have a rather hearty dish to share with your family or friends.

Ingredients

 2 large carrots in slices or half moon depending on the thickness
 ½ white cabbage, minced
 1 large onion, minced
 3 potatoes in large pieces
 250 ml white wine
 240 g pork belly slices cut in half
  Salt, pepper
 Olive oil

Directions

Put 4 tbsp. of olive oil in the bowl

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Sauté the onions during the preheating times

At the end of the preheating, add the carrots, cabbage, onion, and potatoes

Let it brown 5min

Add the slices of ham

Let it brown 5min more

Add the white wine

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of the cooking, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to your taste
