Risotto with sausages, mushrooms, zucchini and feta cheese

 250 g arborio rice
 200 g chorizo in slices
 1 zucchini in slices
  A can of mushroom
 Feta cheese ( to your taste)
 400 ml vegetable broth
 1 clove of crushed garlic
 Pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chorizo, garlic, and rice for 2 minutes

Add the mushrooms, zucchini and broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10 minutes

At the end of the cooking add the feta cheese

Put the instant pot in warm keeping mode 2 minutes
