Ingredients
50 g raw pasta (penne, farfalle, macaroni) to cook according to the instructions in the package
2 sliced onions
100 g cooked ham; lean and cut into strips
240 g turkey fillet, cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g peas and frozen carrots
200 ml vegetable stock
2 tbsp corn
Salt, pepper, paprika (or a mixture of spices for chicken)
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the turkey strips in olive oil for 2 minutes and season to taste
Add the onions and ham strips and brown for another 1 min
Add the peas/carrots and vegetable broth
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 3min
At the end of cooking, add the corn, cooked pasta and mix
