In that recipe, the difference will be the mustard. You can use some hot mustard with your slices of chicken before cooking it. The cream will enrich the whole dish.

Ingredients
 400 g minced chicken fillet
 1 cup veal stock 
 100 ml water 
 100 ml whole fresh cream 
 2 tbsp fine mustard 
 Salt, pepper 
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the chicken fillets
Pour in the water and dissolve the veal stock
Stop the mode browning, add the fresh cream and mustard
Mix

Put the instant pot in "recipe" mode > "dish" > "Mustard turkey" for 2 people
