This is a recipe full of colors and flavors. The pepper will bring colors and the different spices a wonderful taste to the bird. A really healthy dish to share with your friends.

Guinea fowl with potatoes, carrots and peppers

Ingredients

 1 guinea fowl
 8 medium potatoes
 250 g frozen sliced carrots
 250 g frozen trio of peppers
 1 tsp chicken spices
 1 tsp Mexican spices
 1 tsp veal stock

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the guinea fowl as soon as the preheating starts and leave 5min to get it brown

Remove the guinea fowl and reserve

Add the vegetables to the instant pot with 150ml of water

Put the instant pot in mode pressure cooking 7min

Remove the vegetables and reserve

Put the guinea fowl in the tank with the juice from the vegetables and the spoon of veal stock

Put the instant pot in mode pressure cooking 15min
