Chicken cutlets with soft runny French cheese

Here, we are going to try the chicken cutlets in a light manner for our weight watchers friends. You will mix the chicken with some spices and a little bit of soft cheese to give it the right texture and flavor.

Ingredients

 4 chicken cutlets of 110gr each
 1 small onion
 1 chicken stock cube
 100 ml white wine
 150 ml water
 60 g soft cheese
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

During preheating slice the onion and add it to the pan

Add the cutlets, and let it brown

Once the cutlets are browned, add the water and recover the juices from the meat with a wooden spoon

Add the stock cube, white wine, salt, and pepper

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 15min

Take a little of the cooking juice in which you will dilute the cornstarch

Pour this mixture into the casserole dish as well as the soft cheese

Put the instant pot back to golden mode to thicken and dissolve the cheese
