Some wine, parsley, and potatoes will be mixed up with codfish in that recipe. This is a truly sturdy and healthy meal to serve to your family.

Cod back on a bed of parsley potatoes

Ingredients

 600 g cod steak
 500 g potatoes in pieces
 2 tbsp white wine
 Salt, pepper
 1 minced shallot
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 Chopped parsley

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the potatoes with the shallot in a little butter for 4min

Salt, pepper

Remove and set aside

Brown the cod in the rest of the butter and a little olive oil for 4min

Remove and set aside

Put the potatoes back with the garlic, parsley and white wine

Put the codfish on

Add 3 c.a.s. of water

Switch to pressure cooking 10min
