You really can be creative with custard. You can add all kinds of ingredients to the base mixture. In that case, you mix it up with vegetables and cheese.

Zucchinis and carrots custard

 3 small zucchinis
 4 carrots
 1 large shallot
 1 clove of garlic
 200 ml cream
 2 eggs
 75 g grated gruyere cheese
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Salt pepper
 1 tbsp cumin

Grate the raw carrots, and zucchinis

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sauté the vegetables and shallot with garlic in olive oil 5min

Let cool

Mix the eggs, cream, gruyere, salt, pepper, and cumin

Add the vegetables to the preparation

Mix and pour into a silicone mold or steam basket with cooking paper

Put 300ml of water in the bowl

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 15 min
