This is a version of zucchinis with poaching eggs and tomatoes. You add some cream to get a nice thick sauce and your dinner is going to be delicious.

 2 large zucchinis in large chunks
 4 tomatoes in 4
 4 eggs
 2 tbsp thick cream
 1 minced onion
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the zucchinis and tomatoes 4min

Add the onion and cream

Salt, pepper

Switch to pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking, break the eggs over

Put them back into pressure cooking 2min
