Zucchini spaghetti

This is an interesting way to present spaghetti. You take a zucchini and with a peeler, you create spaghetti. You cook them briefly and serve the spaghetti zucchini with meatball.

4 zucchini

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp sherry vinegar

½ tbsp of powdered sugar

With a peeler make spaghetti with zucchini

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the spaghetti zucchini in oil for 3 minutes

Stop browning mode and add vinegar and sugar

Mix well

Serve with chicken or beef meatballs (frozen or homemade)
