Here is another light recipe to prepare with your weight watchers friends. You mix some zucchinis with lean beef and some runny cheese that will give a really good texture to the dish.

Zucchini, beef and runny French cheese (cancoillotte)

 500 g ground beef 5% fat
 3 zucchini in rings
 2 onions, minced
 1 tbsp veal stock
 120 g French runny cheese
 1 tbsp olive oil

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onions in a little olive oil

Add the meat

Remove the meat from the vat and set aside

Sauté zucchinis 5 min
