This is a recipe for vegetarian people or simply to eat a healthy dish. Whole rice and lentils or sprouts are used in the preparation. A few spices and herbs will enhance the dish.

Whole rice with lentils and sprout seeds from Bruno

 1 cup of round whole grain rice well rinsed
 ½ cup of sprouted seeds and or 1/2 cup of lentils
 3 cups of water
 2 crushed cloves of garlic
 Olive oil
  Salt
 Spice of your choice

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the garlic in a little oil

Add the rice

Fry 2min

Add the lentils and/or sprouts

Add the water, salt and spices

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 20min

At the end of cooking, do not open the lid, stop the cooking process and let stand 5min before opening
