White chocolate has always been one of my favorites. In that recipe, you prepare the cream with white chocolate> after you put some gelatin, you let it solidify some in the fridge.

 2 sheet gelatin
 Milk
 Liquid cream
 White chocolate, chopped
 Cornstarch

Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water

In a separate bowl

Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk

Add the rest of the milk and cream

In brown mode

Pour the preparation into the bowl

Bring to a boil while stirring

Add the drained gelatin

Mix

Stop browning

Add the chopped white chocolate

Mix well with a whisk for a homogeneous texture

Spread in individual glass dishes

Refrigerate 12 hours
