This is a good vegetarian recipe. It may take a little time to cut up all the vegetables but the result will be worth it. With a lot of spices and herbs, the taste will be great.

Vegetarian couscous

 300 g couscous semolina
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 onions cut into strips
 2 green peppers cut into cubes
 4 carrots cut into sticks
 2 zucchinis cut into cubes
 200 g celery root cut into cubes
 1 bouquet garnished
 500 ml vegetable broth
 1 tbsp case tomato paste
 1 tbsp couscous spices
 200 g chickpeas in a can
 Mint
 20 g butter
 Salt, coarse salt

In mode browning, sauté onions and peppers for 5 minutes

Add carrots, zucchini, celeriac and bouquet garnished

Add broth

Add tomato paste and spices

Salt lightly

Mix

Put in quick cooking for 15 minutes

Meanwhile, cook the semolina separately
