Vegetables Makis (sushi)

Sushis have become quite popular in recent years. They make a good first course and can be prepared in many ways. Here, you will use vegetables with other ingredients to create them.

Vegetables Makis (sushi)

 250 g sushi rice
 8 leaves of nari seaweed
 ½ red cabbage in sticks
 1 large carrot in sticks
 ½ cucumber in sticks
 80 ml rice vinegar
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp black sesame
 Wasabi
 Marinated ginger
 150 ml soy sauce
  Water

In the instant pot tank, put the rice with 450ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 10min

At the end of cooking, add the vinegar, sugar and 1tsp salt

Mix wel

On a bamboo mat put 1 sheet of rice

Put a thin layer of rice on the sheet, and put the cabbage, cucumber, and carrot

Roll the sheet with the ingredients

Cut the rolls into 8 slices

Serve sprinkled with sesame seed accompanied by wasabi, ginger and soy sauce
