7 potatoes in slices

2 carrots in slices

1 white leek, minced

250 ml fresh cream

1 large pinch of nutmeg

200 g smoked bacon

Put all the ingredients in the tank

Put the instant pot under pressure for 10 minutes

At the end of the cooking time, stir and turn the instant pot to mode browning for 5 minutes
