 1 shallot
 2 carrots (or more)
 1 tbsp margarine at 60%
 320 g veal in pieces
 1 tbsp veal stock
 100 ml dry white wine
 1 bouquet garnished
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 3 tbsp of tomato paste
 1 can of button mushrooms (optional)
 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 Salt, pepper
