This is a version of veal roast with potatoes and olives cooked in liquid. You will have to add some good spices and flavor to end up with a good dish to serve to your family.

 1 fillet mignon of veal
 1 onion, minced
 1 tbsp flour
 200 ml veal stock
 200 ml white wine
 1 small can of tomato paste
 1 can of pitted olives
 1 bouquet garnished
 4 potatoes cut

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat and onion

Add the flour

Stir

Add the white wine and tomato

Add the veal stock, potatoes, and olives

Mix

Put the instant pot in quick cooking 20min
