Turkey Tenderloins with vegetables

 600 g turkey breast cut into strips
 1 yellow pepper slices
 1 red pepper slices
 1 green pepper slices
 450 g zucchini cubes
 1 small onion, minced
 3 tbsp 15% cream
 1 cube of bouillon
 150 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in the roasting mode

Brown the turkey and onion

Add the vegetables

Pour in the water and add the cube of bouillon

Switch the instant pot in pressure-cooking for 10min

At the end of cooking, add the cream in the roasting mode while stirring

Salt, pepper
