Turkey meat rolls with chorizo and mushrooms

This is another version of stuff turkey rolls. This time, you will mix the stuffing with sausage and ground beef. A few herbs and spice will enhance the taste. A nice sauce with mushrooms and cream will accompany the dish.

 6 thin slices turkey breast
 ½ chorizo
 1 small amount of minced beef
 Fresh mushrooms
 1 tbsp fresh cream
 1 tbsp poultry stock

Mix the half chorizo and with the ground beef

Put the mixture in the turkey breast and roll it up in food film

Cook the rolls in the steam basket with 200ml of water 8min and set aside

Put the instant pot in mode browning, brown the mushrooms, add a spoonful of cream and poultry stock

At the end of the cooking, remove the meat rolls from the food film and put them in the sauce

Keep warm a few moments

Accompany this recipe with French fries
