Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the meat rolls
Add the onions and bacon
Add the rice
Mix
Add a small cup of white wine and a cup of fresh cream
Add the veal stock and mustard
Season
Fill with water until the meat is covered
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
