This is another recipe for people that want to present a healthy dish in very little time. You just cooked the turkey with precooked wheat and make a nice spicy sauce to go with it.

Turkey fillet, precooked wheat in a mustard sauce

 2 turkey fillets
 1 little olive oil
 2 shallots
 150 g precooked wheat (Ebly)
 2 tsp mustard
 2 tsp Paprika
  Water
 1 cup fresh cream
 1 cup chicken broth

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallot and meat in oil

Add the wheat

Add the mustard

Cover with water

Add the paprika and chicken broth

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 7min

At the end of the cooking pass the instant pot in mode browning

Add the fresh cream and let it brown until it has a creamy but not liquid consistency
