Fajitas are very popular in South Texas and Mexico. You can be very creative with them and add all types of ingredients. Here, you prepare the mixture with pepper, chicken, and tomatoes. You can add hot pimento to flavor them.

Trimming for Fajitas

 2 onions, minced
 3 peppers (3 colours), minced
 800 g minced chicken fillet
 Turmeric,
 Chili pepper
 1 can of peeled tomatoes
 150 ml chicken broth
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion, chicken, peppers

Salt, pepper

Put the turmeric and chili to taste

Let it brown 5min

Add the broth and tomatoes

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Serve with wheat cakes
