What is called a tajine is a mixed up of meat and vegetables with spices. It originated from Northern Africa and was called that way after the dish in which it was prepared.

 4 chicken drumsticks
 2 nice slices of lamb leg cut into large pieces
 6 carrots cut into slices
 2 zucchinis cut into slices
 1 yellow pepper cut into thick strips
 1 chopped onion
  Salt, cumin, saffron, coriander, sweet pepper, paprika
 150 ml water

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onions and meat in a little olive oil

Add the spices and mix well

Place over the vegetables and pour in the water

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 10 min
