Here, you have a slightly exotic recipe for a cream. To start with, you put some caramel in a mold, cover it with pineapple and finishes with the coconut cream. It is going to be absolutely delicious.

 410 g sweetened condensed milk
 410 g skimmed milk
 4 eggs
 1 can of pineapple slices
 150 grated coconut
 Caramel

Beat the egg whites until stiff

Mix the yolks with the two types of milk

Add the coconut

Add the egg whites

Put the caramel in the bottom mold suitable for the instant pot

Place the pineapples at the bottom (whole slices or pieces as desired)

Pour the preparation of the egg whites over the pineapple

In the bowl put 200ml of water

Place the mold in the steam basket

Switch the instant pot to fast cooking mode 10min

Let it cool before taking it out of the mold
