This is a typical Swiss recipe with potatoes and a special kind of cheese. Here, layers of potatoes, cheese, and sausage are used but what makes the dish is the cheese.

 6 potatoes cut into slices
 Chorizo
 8 slices of raclette cheese
 250 ml cream
 Salt, pepper

In the bowl of the instant pot, put a layer of potatoes, chorizo, cheese, cream, salt, and pepper

Repeat until you have no more ingredients

Add 10ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
