 1 bunch of chard (keep only the ribs)
 500 g chopped spinach
 1 handful chopped sorrel
 3 tbsp parsley
 3 tbsp chopped chervil
 150 ml water
 3 tbsp fresh cream
 60 g butter
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the sorrel and spinach in the butter

Add the chard ribs, herbs, salt and, pepper

Put the water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 8min

At the end of the cooking, mix the cream
