 5 large tomatoes to stuff
 100 g frozen onions
 100 g frozen button mushrooms
 1 tsp tomato paste
 1 tsp thyme
 1 tsp of dehydrated garlic
 150 ml of white wine
 1 beef bouillon cube
 50 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Cut the hats off the tomatoes and empty them

Chop the tomatoes flesh, onions, and mushrooms

Mix with the thyme, garlic, and minced meat

Stuff the tomatoes with the stuffing obtained
