This stir fry is a little bit different from the ingredients. The preparation will have some chestnut added among potatoes and flat beans. It will give it a good texture as well as a good taste taste.

Stir fry of flat bean, potatoes, chestnut and parsley

 250 g frozen flat beans
 1 box of potatoes
 1 box of chestnuts
 4 cloves of chopped garlic
 Chopped parsley
  Olive oil

Put the beans in the steam basket with 200ml of water

Cook under pressure 4min

Empty the tank

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

During the preheating, fry the potatoes

When the preheating bar reaches half add the beans and chestnuts

Put the garlic and parsley

Mix gently so as not to over-mash the chestnuts

Let them brown together for a few minutes
