Sticky rice with mango

Do you like a little exotism in your diet? Try that interesting dessert of rice and mango. It will surely attract a compliment from your guest.

 40 g of light brown sugar
 125 ml of coconut milk
 200 g of Japanese rice, well rinsed (sushi)
 ½ lime (juice and zest)
 1 lime stalk, in sections
 300 ml of water
 1 mango in 5mm cubes side

Put the rice, water and lemongrass in the tank

Start cooking under pressure for 10 minutes

Remove the lemongrass

Add the other ingredients

Mix to get the rice loose
