Steam chicken with anise

Steam cooking is healthy. In that recipe, the chicken and vegetables sprinkle with anise powder will be cooked that way before being mixed up with cream and black olives.

 1 cube of chicken bouillon in 500ml of water
 4 chicken legs cut in half (Remove skin)
 1 tsp of powdered aniseed
 4 large carrots in slices
 4 endives cut lengthwise
 1 broccoli top
 8 tsp of fresh cream
 8 black olives chopped

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken 5min

Put the chicken in the steam basket

Salt, pepper

Sprinkle the aniseed

Add the vegetables on top of the chicken

Put the broth at the bottom of the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of the cooking, empty the bowl

Put the contents of the basket in the tank

Add the cream and olives

Switch to mode browning 2 min
