You are meeting with your weight watchers friends tonight. Why not prepare a mixed pot? It's an easy recipe of chicken, pepper, rice and, a few goods spices. You put everything in the pot and in no time, it will be ready.

Spanish pot in a light version

 600 g chicken breast in pieces
 3 chopped onions
 2 chopped red peppers
 160 g chorizo in rings
 100 g bacon pieces
 180 g rice
 300 ml chicken broth defatted
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp paprika
 2 pinch of cayenne pepper

Put all the ingredients in the tank and mix well

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking for 10 minutes
