Tourin is a type of French garlic soup, also known as smooth garlic soup. Many regions have their own variations on the recipe. Typically, many recipes include as many as 20 cloves of garlic for a much stronger flavor. However other recipes include an equal measure of garlic and onion to even out the taste

Smooth garlic soup (Tourin)

 2 large garlic heads
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp of wine vinegar
 1 bouillon cube
 Salt
 1.50 l of water

Degerm the garlic and mince the cloves

In the tank of the instant pot put the water, garlic and bouillon cube

Salt

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, put the instant pot in mode browning

Separate the white egg from the yolk

Put the whites in the broth of the instant pot by mixing with a whisk, there must be pieces that form

In a bowl, mix the vinegar with the yellow water

Put the mixture in the tank
