Here is a very simple recipe that should get the approval from your guest. It consists of stuffed slices of smoked salmon briefly cooked in a sauce made of cream.

 4 large slices of smoked salmon
 200 g of fresh goat cheese
 220 g of green asparagus in a jar
 100 g of cocktail shrimp
 200 ml of liquid cream
  Pepper

Spread the asparagus on each slice of salmon

Wrap the slices around the asparagus

In the tank put the liquid cream and the crushed cheese

Mix

Add the shrimp

Add the rolls on top

Add pepper

Switch the instant pot to the pressure cooking mode 4min
