Shrimps curry with rice

This is an easy recipe to prepare with some good seafood. The shrimps mix up with vegetables; spices and rice should be very good and tasty. A good dish to share with friends.

 500 g shrimp
 4 tomatoes
 6 cloves of garlic
 3 shallots
 2 tbsp turmeric, chili pepper
 200 g rice
 Oil
 Salt
 A sprig of thyme

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chopped shallots and garlic in the oil

Add the diced tomatoes, turmeric, salt, chili, and thyme

Add the rice

Cover with water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 9min

After cooking, add the shelled shrimp

Keep it warm for 2 or 3 min
