This is an easy and quick first course with an Asian touch. You will prepare some shrimps with some coconut milk as a sauce. It should taste just delicious.

 1 kg whole shrimp
 400 ml coconut milk
 3 tbsp curry

Shell the shrimp

Put all the ingredients in the tank

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

If necessary you can thicken the sauce in browning mode with cornstarch
