This is another version of shrimps with a special sauce. In that recipe, you use the famous port wine to confer a special taste to the dish.

 1 kg shrimps
 2 minced onions
 1 can of c rushed tomatoes
 ½ glass of port
 1 bay leaf
 A little chopped parsley
 4 tbsp olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Cut off the shrimp head and shell the tail

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the onion in a little oil

Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, and parsley

Add the port and let it brown again 5min

Add the shrimp, salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
