Here, you have a good mix up of scallops, rice, and vegetables. A tasty sauce made of wine, cream and spices will confer a great flavor to the dish. It is not complicated to prepare.

 300 g frozen scallops without coral
 1 minced shallot
 100 ml white wine
 1 tbsp fish stock
 150 g raw rice
 1 beautiful zucchini in slices
 2 large carrots in slices
 Salt, pepper
 Curry
 Paprika
 2 tbsp thick cream

Put the still frozen scallops and minced shallot in the tank and start preheating the browning mode

When the scallops are thawed add the rice, carrots, zucchini

Add the fish stock

Mix

Moisten with the white wine

Season and add the spices

Pass the instant pot in quick cooking 10min

Add the cream and reheat for 1min
