Mascarpone soft cheese is an Italian specialty. It has a lot of cream in it and makes delicious desserts. In that case, you mix it up with the scallops to give them a unique taste.

 500 g scallops
 250 g mascarpon
 1 tbsp liquid vanilla
 1 lemon juice
  Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the scallops in a little oil for 3 minutes

Add the mascarpone and vanilla

Salt and pepper

Switch to simmer mode 5min
