Here, we have a light and healthy recipe of fish with vegetables. It consists of leeks and carrots with salmon steak cooked on top. You can share the preparation with your weight watchers friends.

 3 leek whites in slices
 400 g carrots in slices
 4 salmon steaks
 1 tbsp fish stock
 1 tbsp olive oil
 100 ml of water
 70 g of cream cheese with garlic and herbs
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Heat the oil and fry the vegetables

Salt, pepper

Add water and fish stock

Put the salmon steaks on top of the vegetables

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7min

Remove the salmon and keep warm

Add the cheese in the tank

Mix

Return the instant pot to brown mode 2min
