This is another version of salmon cooked with other ingredients. The plus of this preparation is going to be the sauce. It consists of Champagne, egg yolk, and cream. It should be delicious.

 8 salmon steaks
 2 shallots minced
 Parsley
  Fresh cream
 ½ bottle of Champagne
  Peeled prawns
 1 can of mushrooms
 Fish stock in a cup of water
 1 lemon juice
 2 egg yolks

Set the instant pot to browning

Brown the shallots

Add the fish stock and Champagne

Let it simmer

Add the lemon juice, cream, prawns, and mushrooms

Simmer

Add salmon

Put the instant pot in pressure 14min

At the end of cooking, put the salmon in a dish

Bind the sauce with the yolks

Cover the fish
