 400 g fresh salmon in large pieces
 150 ml water
 150 ml white wine
 2 tbsp fish stock
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp cream at 15% mg
 Salt, pepper
 500 g frozen mushrooms

Put the mushrooms, water, white wine and fish stock in the bowl

Put the salmon on top

Salt, pepper

Take a little broth and dilute the cornstarchPour into the bowl

Add the cream
