Here is a really good recipe of a light salmon preparation. It consisted of salmon steak with a sauce made of shrimps and leeks with a little cream. Your weight watchers friends will congratulate you for that delicious dinner.

 4 steak of salmon 110gr
 230 g frozen peeled shrimps
 5 whites of leeks, minced
 1 shallot, minced
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp fish stock
 2 tbsp cream 15% mg
 100 ml white wine
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Heat the oil, and put the shallot with the leek whites

Mix

Add the white wine, fish stock, and shrimps

Salt, pepper and defrost the shrimps, stirring occasionally

Then place the salmon on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 8min

At the end of the cooking, remove the salmon

Reserve

Add the cream and mix everything
