How about preparing some fish steak on a bed on leeks? The vegetables will be covered with a nice creamy sauce and spices. A really delicious dish to share with your family.
Put the leeks in the vat with the fish stock, 1/2 cup of wine and liquid cream
Put in quick cooking 5min
During cooking, remove the skin of the salmon and sprinkle with spices
At the end of cooking the leeks put the salmon on and restart cooking 5min
Serve with white rice
