This is a light version of a mixed of sausages with potatoes and tomatoes. A good recipe to share with your weight watchers friends after a good work out.

Rougay with sausages and potatoes

 4 smoked sausages cut into slices
 1 large can of peeled tomatoes in large slices
 1 minced onion
 1 clove of garlic chopped and degerminated
 600 g of diced potatoes
 Chili powder

Set the instant pot to browning mode

Brown the chopped onion and garlic

Add the sausage slices then the potatoes

Stop the browning mode

Put the tomatoes, tomato juice, and pimento in the pressure cooking mode

Switch the instant pot to 15min
