Do you like raspberries and roses? It should make good pudding. Raspberries will be mixed with the usual ingredients and some pink biscuits and flavored with rose syrup.

 16 Pink biscuits of Reims
 2 egg
 550 ml of whole milk
 80 g of rose syrup (or grenadine)
 150 g of raspberries
 100 g of raspberries, to decorate
 Ice sugar to decorate
 Pan wrapped with cooking paper

Mix egg, syrup, milk

Soften the biscuits

Pour into the pan with the raspberries

Film the pan and place it in the steam basket

Pour 40 cl of water into the pan and place the steam basket in it

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 35min

After cooking, keep cold 8 h

Pass a knife around
