Romanesco cabbage with hazelnut

Here is a refreshing preparation for a first course or a vegetarian dish. It consists of some special cabbage mixed up with hazelnut. An interesting and unusual combination.

 700 g romanesco cabbage, cut into pieces
 20 hazelnuts, chopped
 20 green olives, pitted and minced
 60 g hazelnut paste
 20 g hazelnut milk
 20 g cider vinegar
 Salt, Pepper

In a bowl make a salad dressing with hazelnut paste, milk, salt, pepper, and cider vinegar

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the hazelnuts without fat

Stop browning mode

Set aside

Place the romanesco cabbage and olives in the steam basket

Pour 20 cl of water into the tank

Start cooking under pressure for 3 minutes

Serve warm or cold with the salad dressing and roasted hazelnuts
