Risotto with tomatoes

 300 g arborio rice
 1 onion, minced
 1 can of mushrooms
 1 package of bacon
 1 cup of white wine
 650 ml water with 1 cube of bouillon
 1 can of tomato sauce
 1 can of peeled tomatoes
 1 tomato in cubes
 Olive oil
 Salt

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions in a little oil

Add the bacon

Add in the rice and fry until the rice is white

Add all the other ingredients

Cook under pressure for 15 minutes
